Congratulations to our friends Dee & Terence Tubridy, Jeff Brosi, Eugene Brennan and Steve Maly on the opening of their new place, Park Avenue Tavern. I popped in on Friday night, and it is quite impressive.
The big buzz right now is for their tap service downstairs. The beer taps are built right into the booths, so you can pour your own pints. Kind of like a self-service pump at the gas station, except with my kind of fuel.

Great food. Great service. Great location. My family and I went to Park Avenue Tavern new years eve for lunch, arriving just two minutes before their kitchen closed. Most places would turn people away so close to closing the kitchen, however they were very inviting and we had a great time. The food, service and atmosphere were so fantastic, we returned later that evening, cancelling our previous new years plans and had a great evening.
