A new wine bar is officially opening today on the upper west side. Cotta, a brand new wine bar, brick oven restaurant and enoteca opens in the spot formerly Senor Swanky's (and before that, Martell's). They were open this weekend for private functions, and open to the general public at 5pm on Monday, February 28, 2011.

The bar has two levels, with a bar in the main room downstairs, and another bar, seating and private party area upstairs.
