"It's getting hot in here, so take off all your clothes..." - Nelly
Summer time in New York means outdoor drinking. But on days like today, with temperatures threatening to reach triple digits, you may be better off staying indoors. And if you are inside in this heat, you had better have air conditioning.

Yesterday, we asked the MurphGuide readers on Twitter to nominate some NYC bars with the best air conditioning. Here are some responses:

The Music Hall of Williamsburg reports "The air conditioning in @musichallofwb is CRANKING", quoting patron Amanda.

Hotel bars in NYC have become very popular nightlife destinations. You know a hotel will maintain a comfortable environment for its guests, so expect their AC to be in top shape. A perfect example of this is The Roosevelt Hotel, with Vander Bar on street level and Mad 46 up on the 19th floor rooftop.

Vander Bar
At the Roosevelt Hotel
45th St. (Vanderbilt Ave.)
New York, NY

Since they have a cigar bar, Bar & Books must maintain an air conditioned environment. Two of the three Bar & Books locations in NYC have ventilated cigar areas:

Hudson Bar & Books
636 Hudson St. (Horatio St.)

The Beekman location does not allow smoking, but still maintains a well air conditioned environment:

On the upper west side, Bourbon Street claims to be the coolest bar on the block, having doubled their air conditioning.

Wow,how i wish I could go to that bar soon and taste that best air Conditioning they had. I'm also fun of newly out air conditioners today, because I really want the best for my house.

These bars must have gotten the best HVAC. St. Paul (Twin Cities) also has a number of bars which have superb air conditioning. I can tell because I've been hanging out at one of them.

Speaking of NY, I hope I can visit that city in the coming months. I'll check a couple of these bars you posted, and see for myself if they've relied on the best HVAC services. St. Paul's numerous bars and buildings just have the same comfort brought by its air conditioning.

The two previous comments are what is known as "comment spam". Instead of spamming your email in-box, this form of spam uses robots to add comments to blog posts.

How do I know they are robots? I don't, but I am guessing, and here is the evidence:

commenter #1 says"
I wish I could... "taste that best air conditioning". and then links to an air conditioning website.
Uh-huh.

commenter #2 commented about air conditioning in the middle of winter! Enough said.

Dear spam commenters:
It is jerks like you that ruin things for everybody.

Unlike a furnace, a heat pump doesn’t burn fuel to make heat. It simply uses electricity to move heat from one place to another. A heat pump is an energy efficient way to cool your home in the summer and heat it in the winter.

I’ve been surfing online more than three hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It’s pretty worth enough for me. In my opinion, if all webmasters and bloggers made good content as you did, the web will be a lot more useful than ever before.
