Thanksgiving Eve in NYC - Part II

The day before Thanksgiving is one of the top six hottest nights on the NYC bar scene. One of the popular pre-Thanksgiving traditions is to go see them blow up the balloons on the upper west side, in preparation for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade. The parade is Thursday morning, but they blow up the balloons the night before. Huge crowds gather on either side of the Museum of Natural History (W. 81st & W. 77th St. between Central Park West and Columbus Ave.) You can view them from 3pm until 10pm. Then, once the kids have gone home, the adults still will party on the upper west side well into the night. Here are some suggested locations:
