Cask Ale Festival at Chelsea Brewing Company: March 20-22

Friday, March 20 - Sunday, March 22
3rd Manhattan Cask Ale Festival
Chelsea Brewing Company presents their third cask ale festival, featuring over 45 rare ales and lagers, all cask-conditioned. 6 will be brewed in-house by Chelsea Brewing Company with the rest brewed by other small, artisanal craft breweries.

Cask ale is unfiltered and unpasteurized beer, served from a cask without the addition of nitrogen or carbon dioxide pressure.
Our friend Alex Hall, from The Gotham Imbiber, calls it "real ale". Alex is one of New York City's most knowledgeable experts in the field of cask ales.
